IOIC Campus Ensemble (Collective Improvisation)
On the occasion of Primavera Locarnese 2014 the IOIC takes a look back to the future of silent films and presents a selection of early science fiction films. Besides the classic oeuvre by Méliès there are four animation films by Max Fleischer on the programme. All films will be set to music by children from Ascona at Cinema Otello. Besides their own instruments they will play some self-conceived electronic instruments built especially for this film performance.
